In 2007, Craig helped D. Brian's Deli and Catering with the grand opening of a new restaurant in Eden Prarie, MN. Craig was able to pull off a successful marketing campaign on a very tight budget that included media relations with Eden Prairie News and MN Sun (Eden Prairie edition).
